Saturday I found myself in suburbia; and when I took a short cut to get around traffic I remembered there was a newer BBQ joint that had moved into the strip mall across from Costco. I tried to eat there one day, but the line was LONG and it was taking forever so I left before eating. Today was the day to give it a shot... I quickly realized why the line was slow the first time I tried eating here - its was due to S... L... O... W... orders taking process. It took more than 5 minutes for the 3 people in line in front of me to have their order taken. The first step is to place your meat order... move down... then the 2nd person takes your side order... then 3rd step is your drink order and pay. It just didn't seem logical - why have 3 people taking 1 order? I guess that explains the long lines. I ordered the two meat sandwich with two sides... a little over $10 without a drink. They only have one size of drink - HUGE... which is a pet peeve, especially for $2.50 + tax. I don't need a gallon size soda... and when I ask for water - can't you offer something better than a 6 oz plastic glass so I don't have to fill it up a couple of times? My sandwich was a combination of the chopped brisket (their specialty) and pulled pork - it was just OK. Both meats were a little on the bland side... tasted more like the meat was roasted vs. smoked - maybe that's the difference since this is Texas chain BBQ. I had to use the hot / spicy sauce to make it have any flavor at all. My side, the beans - actually I'm not a huge bean fan but these were great, nice smoky, pepper-ish flavor. The baked potato casserole was a huge let-down. It was simply a scoop of mashed potatoes, with chives, cheese and fake bacon bits. It wasn't bad - but with a description of casserole this wasn't what I expected. Overall the food was just OK - little bit on the bland side. With as many good BBQ joints in Kansas City I simply don't see myself going back.

I enjoyed a nice Sunday lunch at Dickey's. I thought it was kind of interesting to eat at a Texas style BBQ joint here in Kansas City. My brisket sandwich was good and my wife enjoyed the baked potato topped with chopped brisket. The fries were ok. I liked the "onion tanglers" better though. Drinks come in a "big yellow cup," which I suppose is some kind of trademark. The self serve ice cream cone was a nice treat at the end of the meal. Dickey's isn't the best BBQ I've ever eaten. I'm an Oklahoma Joe's guy, but Dickey's isn't a bad option for a Sunday afternoon when Joe's is closed. I'm excited to back to Dickey's to try the sausage, which looked awesome.

Dickey's is fine for "fast food" bbq especially for lunch during the week. It is not the best bbq in KC Metro but do-able and priced well. I had the chopped brisket sandwich - Lil Hoagie size. It with a side was plenty for lunch. The slaw was good. The spicy sauce was quite tasty. They have sweet tea and regular tea. The sweet, in my opinion, needed to be stronger and sweeter. Otherwise, the service was good. The restaurant was packed during lunch and all the tables/booths were kept clean/tidy.

Was a tasty meal. Really enjoyed the pulled pork and bread pudding. Sausage seemed a bit cool, but had a decent flavor. Will definitely have it again.

I love their pulled pork and beef brisket. The bbq beans are amazing and the potato casserole were fantastic. I combined all the three available bbq sauces they have and it worked well with the meat. They served free soft serve ice cream and I believe it's complimentary everyday. Kids eat free on Sunday!

Hey, if they improve I will change my mind. And Dickey's has improved dramatically since my last review. At a family event, those in charge of picking up Q got the Q from Dickey's. I was very worried because I used to just hate their Q. But I found that the brisket and the ribs to be well prepared and in good shape. I prefer a touch more smoke but that's nothing more than personal preference. I don't know if they changed their system, hired a new pit master, or what... but I am pleased to announce that Dickey's is back on the radar screen for me.

In a town over saturated with bbq restaurants, any new bbq place needs to work twice as hard to stand out. Dickey's needs to try a little harder. I had the bbq turkey sandwich. I trusted that the cook was going to put enough sauce on it. It could have used some more. That's my bad though, the cashier did point out the free sauce where I could have added on. I love coleslaw but there wasn't a lot of flavor here. But at least it wasn't soggy. I might be back to at least try the ribs. I came in right at closing time and the staff was super cool. I would be back just to see if they are that friendly all of the time.

I ordered the pulled pork "big barbecue" sandwich with beans and cole slaw at the counter. The meal was ready before I finished paying. The sandwich was piled high with moist, smoky, delicious, pulled pork. The beans were above average, and the cole slaw was okay. Extra pickles, jalapenos, three sauces, and free ice cream were available. Kids eat free on Sundays. The interior was spotless, with themed music playing. I was greeted when I entered, checked on while I ate, and thanked when I left. E-club and punch card discounts are offered.

We ordered and the food was ready before getting to the register to pay. My daughter and I tried the pulled pork. It was excellent, very moist. We both liked the sweet BBQ sauce. She had the mac and cheese and I had the potato casserole. Both very tasty. We loved the free soft serve ice cream to finish our meals. We will definitely be going back.

We have always gotten our orders to go but last Sunday my husband and I dined in. Same excellent service, food is good and quickly prepared! Bonuses for eating in - endless iced tea with the best ice!, warm BBQ sauce, and soft serve ice cream is really good:) This place is very busy and was packed when we walked in - by the time we ordered and got our drinks several tables had opened up and they were all clean! I always get chopped brisket sandwich, fried okra and onion tangles (thinly sliced onion rings) - very good. My husband had pulled pork and hot links - also all very good. He had the potato bake - not his favorite - it is more like loaded mashed potatoes.

I realize that there are a million KC bbq places we could have gone to, and maybe some that are better...but while visiting my brother and his girlfriend, we wanted something quick and tasty to have after a long day of moving. I ran over to pick it up and couldn't BELIEVE how much food we got for 44 dollars! There were 5 of us, and we had a lot of leftovers. I loved that the smoked chicken wasn't shredded, it was sliced...which was nice for those of us who went "bunless." We got fries (meh) mac and cheese (average) and baked beans (bomb) I heard the shredded pork was tasty as well and all three of the sauces we got were delicious.

I stopped in for a late lunch today and left feeling like this Dickey's location does not care what sort of service they provide. Part of my food was served cold and the beans tasted like they had been sitting around for awhile. I mentioned it on the way out (not asking for a refund, just to let them know), and the manager got snotty that I even mentioned it. I will not be back. By the way, I sent this info to Dickey's headquarters and they sent me a coupon for a free big yellow cup. Like I would even think of going back there again...

I was made fun of for buying a Groupon for a chain restaurant, but I don't regret it. I received my food promptly after ordering it. I ordered the chopped brisket, polish sausage and ribs. All three meats tasted immaculately. The sweet sauce was just to my liking. If you like fries, make sure you order their waffle fries. Free soft-serve ice cream will help you finish off your meal.

  • Marie F.

Not really into ice cream, but they had self serve vanilla for the taking. Green Beans had a good flavor. Brisket was a little tough. They have a few sauces to choose from. Good sweet tea. Used a Foodie KC coupon. No issues with that. Order your food and pick it up cafeteria style.

I read the reviews before and was instantly thinking that we were in for below average food. That wasn't the case at all. The food is cheap but it was really good. You get a huge bang for your buck. I had the turkey, bbq beans, mac n cheese, and the roll. They had free ice cream but I was stuffed, so I passed this time. We will most definitely be back!

Solid 4 star restaurant. The food was great and so was the service! Husband and I each tried the 1 meat platter. He had the Texas beef brisket and found it to be moist, smokey and plentiful. I opted for pulled pork and also really liked it. It was really finely minced and already had sauce on it, but that didn't stop me from adding a little more of the HOT stuff. The sauces here are very tasty and nice and thin so a little goes a long way. Waffles fries were hot & crispy, I'd have them again. I was feeling "healthy" so had the Caesar salad as my second side. I don't regret the choice, but I did miss having beans. The 1 meat platters also come with a bun (small, but tasty and fresh) and some pickles/onions. You can also help yourself to a great BIG pickle spear from the monster glass jar on the counter. Potato salad was more of the mashed variety, but had good flavor. Next time at least one of us will try the beans and coleslaw. Loved the free ice cream for dessert... always enjoy a little sweet something after a good meal. Good value for the money.

I must admit, after reading some of the negative reviews I was hesitant to try this place. I am so glad I did. I walked in 10 minutes before they closed. I was greeted with a warm welcome, even though they were preparing to close. I ordered the burnt ends special. It came with two sides. I ordered the green beans and fried okra. The burnt ends were moist and flavorful. The beans were my favorite southern style. I was pleased because it reminded me of the green beans my grandma would make in Alabama. The okra was your typical frozen to fried variety. Did not taste homemade, but who cares it was okra! Very hard to come by in Kansas. The hot and original sauce had good and unique flavor. The roll tasted homemade. I will definitely be back. Great price for very good BBQ.

This first time I ever tried Dickeys was down in Dallas, I had no idea that there were locations here in Kansas! While it isn't the most amazing BBQ that I have tried for "fast food" BBQ as I like to describe it, since the Dickeys I use to eat at down south had a drive thru, it is pretty decent food. I've always ordered the pulled pork sandwich and gotten and side of the Mac n Cheese! (I'm a sucker for Mac n Cheese, this wasn't the best but it was good!)

It must be tough to open a BBQ place in or near Kansas City... I've visited Dickey's in Vegas and I remember thinking it was pretty good. Then I went to Jack Stack and had the Crown Prime Rib... I'll never be the same. However on this particular day Jack's was too far, I was too tired and Dickey's was close to my hotel. It's not that bad but with all the great BBQ around here... you better bring it. Dickey's just fell short. I might go to Dickey's in another state but here in Kansas? Not gonna do it... Not gonna do it. Wouldn't be prudent at this juncture. Spend a little more and get 200% more satisfaction at Jack's.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed Dickey's. Normally I am an Ok Joe's person but I had a groupon so decided to check it out. It was the last day before the groupon expired and I saw that I needed to spend $15 (my gf couldnt' join me due to class so I was dining solo). "$15 at a bbq joint? no problem" I told myself. Man, I didn't expect this place to be so cheap! I had to get 2 meals to get up to $15. I went with the 2 meat platter and a big bbq sandwich and for my sides I got the jalepeno beans and I think it was called the baked potato cassarole (essentially loaded mashed potatoes). All in all the meat was delicious and the brisket especially was to die for. The jalepeno beans were pleasantly spicy, the pototoes I wasn't too impressed with. I liked how their BBQ sauce wasn't too thick and their spicy sauce was definitely spicy. This place does BBQ how it should be. cheap, fast, and with decent priced beer.

I wholeheartedly agree with other reviewers you can't compare Dickey's to the KC legends, Oklahoma Joe's , Jack Stack and my end all be all, LC's. Now that we got that out of the way, here's my take. Dickey's is good for what it is... BBQ fast food. The sliced beef brisket is great (arrives plain and you get to doctor it up). Skip the potato salad ; it's an orangey, mushy mix. However, they are generous with their entrees and you get two sides- one of which could be fried okra. They also have Strawberry on fountain and crushed ice ! Front Flip is available here , so watch for BOGO deals. Finally, the customer service...I've been a couple of times and each time the manager has checked in with us and thanked me for cleaning off the table and floor (kids are messy , ya know). All in all, I can't complain and a trip to Dickey's saved us from having to grill on Memorial Day at 9pm!!

I won't write too much because I would be spending way too much more time than this place deserves. Had a groupon so we went and ordered the mgr special. They don't have burnt ends. So we got mgr special only the groupon is for individual entrees. Can't buy meat either. Have to ring each item on the "special" individually. I was not happy!! So...pulled pork and two different sausages with two sides. Fried onion, fried okra, baked potato casserole, and green beans with bacon. We tried the beans but they tasted like pork and beans from the can. :( Pulled pork -decent. Both sausages (cheddar and plain) were hillshire farm quality. We enjoyed the fried stuff. Freshly fried.. Baked potato casserole was a scoop of mashed potatoes with a dash of cheese and green onions but it was decent. Service...mediocre. like everything else on the menu.

We had a Groupon for this place that I almost let expire because it is kind of far from my house, but we decided to finally headed out south to check it out. We were pleasantly surprised. I mean, it wasn't the greatest place in the world, but the prices are good and the food is too. It's not overly smokey and we really enjoyed all three sauces. The ribs were overcooked a bit and the chopped brisket was a little greasy and bland, but I loved the polish sausage and our sides were good: coleslaw, mac & cheese, waffle fries and potato salad. Potato salad was least favorite; it was liked deviled mashed potatoes or something.

This is how they do BBQ in Texas -- slow-cooked, plentiful, and mostly beef. Yes, they have pulled pork, but you really want the brisket, trust me. It's not smoked all day, so it's not fair to compare it with OK Joe's -- but it's delicious and tender, and a ton of food for not too much money, so it's a good choice if you happen to have a car full of hungry teenagers or something similar. Sides are good, including the coleslaw & my beloved okra. Hungry teen #2 devoured the whole pint of mac-and-cheese before I could taste it, so I can only assume it was pretty good, judging by its disappearing act. P.S. Life is short, eat dessert first -- have a soft-serve cone while you're waiting for your food.

I went here while home visiting my parents because they insisted on trying this place out. Frankly... with all the amazing BBQ places in Kansas City, I probably wouldn't come here again. Don't get me wrong, their food was fine, but it was just that... fine. If you're hungry, and it's close, it probably wouldn't be a bad place to stop in for some quick food. But if you have the time, I'd go elsewhere.

Really deserves about 3.5 stars but alas you can't give half stars on Yelp. My wife introduced me to Dickey's last week, she loves the place, and I found it to be above average, better than some barbecue joints and worse than some. Perks...free ice cream and you get a souvenir cup! Cons...Cheesy corn isn't an everyday item, which it should be in a barbecue restaurant! You can't have barbecue without cheesy corn!!! I would definitely go back if I was in the neighborhood again.

Good BBQ. Brisket is excellent ! A Texas chain but only Oklahoma Joe's has served me better BBQ in Kansas City. Been to a better Dickey's in Dallas but the food here was very good. Only reason they get three stars is the horrendous atmosphere. Forced to listen to Dickey's Radio. Their Country Music makes my ears bleed..and it's loud and topped off with constant Dickey' s.com commercials makes this place lose any sense of a real BBQ joint. To go only... But it's good!

  • Melisa V.

I totally agree that it's not fair to compare this to many of the other top BBQ places around KC. in any other city, this wouldn't be an issue. I actually think they're brave as a Texas-based chain to open here. plus it was pretty busy when I was there. this place is great for what it is. I had a lil' hoagie chopped brisket sandwich and it was good. and VERY reasonably priced. all of the servers there were very friendly and I appreciated all of the extras available (including the ice cream which I didn't try) and all of the meat choices. I'm sure some are better than others, but I was definitely happy with what I ordered.

I've been to this location twice now and was very satisfied each time. Food is ordered in a Subway\Chipotle style and includes various BBQ'd meat in sandwich or plate form. I had the pulled pork sandwich with a side of waffle fries and baked beans, along with a soda. They serve coke products and you get to keep the plastic cup if you'd like. The food was quite good and they have three different BBQ sauces available. The atmosphere is casual and they have been fairly quiet each time I've gone. As a nice added perk, they serve free vanilla soft serve ice cream. They do have some additional desserts available but I haven't tried them yet. In all, a very nice BBQ place that is priced along with places like Five Guys Burgers and Fries.

Goto Dickey's pretty regular, however this night was not as good as rest. To be brief, they no longer serve pickles from barrel, ice cream was kinda "runny", and they would not punch my visit card because total was less than $5 (it was $4.61). Will try it again for sure and see if improved. The okra and sandwich was pretty good, however.

Not really a fan of barbeque but as I am new to Kansas City, had to have some. The chicken breast was as arid as the desert but the tri tip was so juicy (day and night).

I've been to Dickey's in other states, but this one is new in Kansas City. The service was good, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. The food was pretty good as well. I'd definitely go back. For quick barbecue this is a good choice.

I have a love/hate relationship with Dickey's! I like the BBQ...but the drinks are overpriced. The free soft serve vanilla ice cream is a nice treat! The tall thin male manager lacks customer friendly skills. Last night I went with 5 friends, the cashier lady rang me up and I paid 13.83 for my burnt end platter with 2 sides and overpriced drink. I was still at register putting away my credit card. My friend is paying for her rib platter and says "this isn't mine"..........the cashier says oh that's hers (me). Cashier then moves my plate back to the line. Apparently the plates did not "come up the line in order". My friend pays hers and steps around me to the drink fountain. The cashier has not yet given me my plate. I am standing there holding up the line on a busy a Saturday night while she calls the manager over. Cashier explains what happened and the manager re-rings and get this..........MAKES ME PAY .55 CENTS DIFFERENCE..............I am like seriously we are doing this for .55 cents???? I get out my COIN purse and proceed to dig out 2 quarters and 1 nickel. How un-customer friendly is that for something not my fault. I held up the line on a busy Saturday night....my food sat there getting cold all for .55 CENTS!!!

FOOD POISONING!!! My husband and I have eaten here several times and tonight everything was off - the fried okra was heavily salted, the potato salad was strangely puréed and a strange orange color, the beans were more BBQ sauce than anything, and the turkey was undercooked. Who took over this restaurant and made it so awful? Now excuse me while I begin my night of vomiting.

  • Azile Y.

Ugh. There are SO many epic BBQ places in this area, why go to Dickey's, where the macaroni and cheese comes out as cheesey soup with some pasta sprinkled in? Gross. Nothing else was terrible, but it was so uninspired and blah.

  • Kara B.

Decent BBQ joint. I like their waffle fries and BBQ sauce. They have free ice cream, but it's ice cream you could definitely pass on. Decent staff, decent food. Not the best BBQ I've ever had, but good enough.

Good BBQ and counter service. AND free dill pickle. This is a chain restaurant, so it is a minus for me when it comes to BBQ in KC. Great for groups, lunch, and to go. I have been in STL in Brentwood, so not much difference. It is good to branch out and try.

DON'T EAT HERE. Aside from the food being barely palatable, I'm pretty sure we witnessed a health code violation. We ate here at 7:15 on 7/1/11, when the city of Overland Park was under a water boil order. After seeing nearly every party in the restaurant get ice and soda from the fountain machine, I asked the cashier if they were still under the boil order. She said yes, and said they had canned soda if we wanted to purchase that instead. I was appalled that they continued to sell the contemned beverages to their patrons. We were at Houlihan's earlier in the day and they were only serving bottles water and soda from 2-liters. Unethical, profit-first selling of contaminated beverages aside, the smoked turkey tasted like lunch meat. The potato salad was like potato purée. My husband had the brisket and he said it wasn't good either. Needless to say, we'll never eat here again.

Let me begin by saying it is simply unjust to compare this place to any of the signature BBQ places in KC (Gates, Arthur Bryant's, Oklahoma Joe's, etc.) because this is essentially a fast food chain. If you are expecting your BBQ to be on par with any of these heavy hitters, your are setting yourself up for disappointment. What you can expect is to pay almost half what you would spend at any of these aforementioned establishments for some fairly decent BBQ. Taking this into consideration, I have to say Dickey's delivers. It won't knock your socks off, but it should satisfy even the most amateur BBQ goers (such as myself). Albeit a tad runny, their 3 sauces (Original, Sweet, and Hot & Spicy) are all unique and full of zest. The side choice portions are plentiful, delicious, and complement the BBQ nicely. The free vanilla ice cream also adds a nice touch for the dessert junkies. Did I mention this place is friggin' CHEAP? I opt for the Lil' Hoagie with 2 sides (totaling $5.50) and it is the perfect serving size for a full meal. As if it wasn't cheap enough already, they supposedly distribute coupons like candy and they also have great daily specials. Bottles of beer are $1.00 Monday & Tuesday and $1.50 on Thursday & Friday. No, that isn't a typo. As another yelper mentioned, this line does indeed move insanely slow. The ordering process is rather labor intensive. I wouldn't dare attempt a visit here during peak business hours.

I can't say enough about Dickey's. Just moved to Overland Park and have gone to probably all the BBQ restaurants. Dickey's hands down beats them all. Not only is their food outstanding but it is within the working man's budget. Tried most of the sides and one out shone the other. Tried most of the meats and again have to state how excellent it was. Everyone loved the ham, the chicken and the sausage. I have used them for catering for our company four times now in the last two months and everyone has been more than pleased and even those costs are great! Not only is the food exceptional both at the restaurant and the catering but the service is outstanding. Dickey's is the number one BBQ place to go. You won't be disappointed.

Dickey's never disappoints my family when needing a BBQ fix. I will also agree that we should not compare to a few KC BBQ Icons. I almost always go with the pulled pork sandwich, but just last week tried the brisket. Can't go wrong with either!! Don't forget to sign up for their e-mail club and ASK for a Frequent card. Buy 8 sandwiches get the ninth FREE. I'm on my 3rd or 4th card since finding this BBQ treasure in south Overland Park!

This is down home Kansas BBQ. The meat was tender and the service friendly. Even though it was my first time in their restaurant, I was made to feel if I was a regular. The have three different sauces. I tried all of them and enjoyed each one. My favorite on the chopped brisket is the one with chili flakes.

This is a partial review, because it was only carry-out and only meat, no side dishes. I had about 25 people over for dinner, and just was not up for cooking the whole thing. It turned out GREAT! I told the manager the day before, just give me $100 worth of the beef brisket, sliced smoked turkey and both the spicy and cheesy polish sausage. We had enough left over for 6 of us for dinner the next night. (All I did was make a potato casserole, waldorf apple salad, and croissants from Sams to dress it up a bit. There were a lot of older boys there that are pretty picky about BBQ- thanks to OK Joes, and they all had seconds. Very tender and moist turkey, sausage huge links, brisket, sliced not in crumbles. They gave us 3 x-large containers of BBQ sauce, the spicy was best. In comparison, I spent $100 on carry out meats from OK Joes and it was pork, turkey and beef and it only was about half the amount of food. Saved me hours of time, they made a nice presentation the way the meats were arranged in the various foil containers.Easy to put on my own serving plates. Will remember them for other get-togethers.

i've been coming here since they opened their doors, mostly because it's close to work and also because it's close to work. it's definitely a chain, and definitely not the best BBQ I've ever had. the prices kinda stink, sandwhiches do not come with sides, but they do have PIE, and that always is good for 1 star on any review. they also have free ice cream and pickles. The beef is the best thing they have on the meat list, though the spicky sausage is pretty good too. I've had all the sides and the green beens are probably the best of them. it's a 10 dollar affair for lunch, which I think is way too much for a sandwhich and side. they have a regular, sweet, and spicy sauces, which are all watery, thin and just ok taste-wise. if oklahoma joes and Danny Edwards would like to venture into OP, I would probably go there instead and skip this place altogether, but when in ROME you know, toga.

  • Ian Y.

I have to agree with Jason G that you simply can't compare this chain to the famed ones in KC area, ALTHOUGH I don't see why Jack Stack is so famous other than its decor and priced as a mid-upscale BBQ restaurant that offers more varieties with bigger price tag and smaller portion. (To comment on the rest quickly, I found Zarda to have too much sauces on the meat, Gate's is simply too dry and overcooked) I went on a Sunday with wife and 2 kids, and paid approx 16 bucks only, tax included. Why? Because kids eat FREE on Sundays! (disclaimer: probably limited time offer) I ordered a 2-meat plate, wife ordered a sandwich, which can choose from any meat offered, and the kids meal comes with one entree, one side and one drink. There's free ice-cream too, nothing to brag about given the oh-so-common ice-cream machines in Chinese buffet, but just a nice touch. I prefer meat to be juicy and not overpowered by spices or sauces, and that's what I got from the beef brisket. The pork ribs are tender and flavorful, although they could be better. The spicy sausage links are good for me and my wife. However, take my words with grain of salt as you (those BBQ experts) could be reading something similar to yourself praising General Tsao chicken at a Chinese buffet, or California Rolls in a Japanese restaurant. Look, I'm just being honest :) Overall, you DO get what you're paying for from this restaurant.. In my case, I got what I paid for, and a whole lot more: the free kids meals AND good BBQ.

This is my favorite place for BBQ so far in KC. The portions are generous, and they have a $5.00 pulled-pork sandwich with side and drink on Mondays which is a better deal than I've seen at any of the KC-based BBQ joints (Dickey's is a Dallas-based chain). The appear to have every reasonable option of BBQ meats. The place is very clean, with lots of natural light, and the staff is efficient and friendly. There is a machine where you can pull some soft-serv vanilla ice cream for yourself for free, which is a nice touch especially for kids. I can't find anything at all to complain about--go!

We didn't know this was a chain when we started going.. but it is good! The fries are cooked perfectly, and the pulled pork is tasty. Great service, super fast, and fair prices. Not as good as Oklahoma Joes - but the sides are amazing and you don't have to wait in a long line!

Eh...went there only because I had a Groupon for them...1) Even though it's order up, the food took forever, 2) When I got to the register to pay another employee cut in front of my order to place an $800.00 plus catering order (which incidentally cooled down my food), 3) they ran out of BBQ sauce cups, 4) ran out of clean spoons, 5) had to search for a clean table. The food was decent, but they need to do something about the problems mentioned above.
